Jedno od meni omiljenih jela iz djetinjstva je riža na mlijeku ili kako ga još zovu puding od riže. Može se jesti kao desert ili samostalni obrok. Jelo je ukusno i brzo za priprema, te za njega uglavnom uvijek imamo sve namirnice kod kuće. Moja obitelj je pripremala rižu na kravljem mlijeku, no kako sam izbacila mlijeko iz svog jelovnika po preporuci liječnice, probala sam napraviti ovaj recept sa rižinim mlijekom i ispalo je vrlo ukusno te sada uvijek pripremam na ovaj način.
Riža na mlijeku – nutritivna vrijednost
Riža obzirom da ne sadrži gluten, vrlo je važna u bezglutenskoj prehrani, hranjiva je i lako probavljiva. Riža ima visoku energetsku vrijednost, 100 grama sadrži 1505 kJ (360 kcal). Iznimno je bogata ukljikohidratima (79,5 grama na 100 grama riže), a siromašna bjelančevinama (6,7 grama na 100 grama riže) i mastima (0,6 grama na 100 grama riže).
Potrebni sastojci:
- ½ šalice riže dugog zrna
- ½ l rižinog mlijeka
- 1 žlica smeđeg šećera
- ¼ žličice cimeta
- prstohvat soli
Postupak:
- Zakuhati rižino mlijeko, šećer, sol i cimet.
- Dodati rižu i miješati.
- Vrijeme kuhanja je prema uputi za kuhanje riže na ambalaži (10-15 minuta).
- Kad se riža skuha staviti hladiti.
- Ako postane pregusto, možete doliti malo rižinog mlijeka i promiješati
Dobar tek i uživajte u divnom jelu.
